2024/08/30【お知らせ】全国にある介護生産性向上総合相談センター(ワンストップ窓口)のご案内

各自治体では、介護現場における生産性向上の取組を推進するため、介護事業所の皆さんの業務改善に
おける悩み事の相談や現場職員の方々の負担軽減、業務効率アップを目的とする介護ロボット・ICT機
器の導入等をサポートするワンストップ窓口等を開設しています。
新加算では生産性向上による業務改善の取組みが要件化されており、次年度の新処遇改善加算取得にむ
けて、ぜひワンストップ窓口等をご活用ください。
